We are created to have a very relaxing and good days in Guðný Anna and family, and we thank them for quite a lot for us! The days were utilized in reading, viewing of TV up sofas and cozy. What a difference between two cities.Whereas New York is a city with a feeling unlike any other, here in Washington you start feeling like you are in the real America. The atmosphere and the climate are totally different. It's 30 degrees outside, humid, and we have had some heavy showers.

Steve & Erna We have the most amazing hosts, Steve and Erna, who welcomed us on saturday gsc melaka night with some great pasta and made us feel at home. Staying in their basement almost feels like a five star hotel, gsc melaka without the formalities and with some great conversation.

After a few hours spent taking hundreds of photos while sheltering under an umrella, from the sun not the rain, we then stopped by the National Arboretum and saw their bonzai exhibition, with trees from America, China, and Japan. It is almost surreal to see trees that have the look of massiveness but are only around 1 meter high. The oldest trees date back to the 17th century. Some also have nice miniature landscapes added by the trainers (the ones who take care of them and create them).

Our tourist credentials were further enhanced when we took a stroll to the Washington, World War II, and Lincoln Memorials. Anyone who has seen Night at the Museum 2 and Forrest Gump probably knows these places but they were none the less a treat to see in real life. Not seen in the movies was the fearsome shower at the WWII memorial that had us running gsc melaka for cover.
