This is for my Haitian Adoptions Group on Facebook. I made this list when i was living in Jacmel after the earthquake and some of the neighborhood boys wanted to know some more English words. Mark and I already spoke (enough) Creole (besides already knowing our children) and it made the transition when they came home SO much easier. This is probably not all 100% accurate LOL but it's a good start! Hope this helps all of you that are in the process and whose children will be home soon! :D

Thank you so much for doing this! My family is in the process of adopting a little girl from Haiti through All Blessings round table san mateo International (Diana Boni). Our paperwork should be hitting IBESR right about now. We know we have a long road ahead but are praying for a miraculously short wait. We really want to know Kreyol so that we can communicate with her! She is 3 now and is very verbal. This list will help so much!
